Relationship Between Distribution of Plankton Community in Restoration Area and Environmental Factor of Shangjinhu Lake

为了解生态修复后不同沉水植物恢复区的环境因子对浮游动植物群落分布的影响,对上金湖四个不同恢复区的环境因子及浮游动植物开展了连续调查.结果表明,沉水植物恢复区TN、NH4+-N、TP、DTP和CODMn浓度显著降低,溶解氧(DO)显著增高(P<0.05).调查区的浮游植物优势种群以蓝藻门的假鱼腥藻、微囊藻、席藻为主;浮游动物优势种群主要为轮虫,其中暗小异尾轮虫优势度最大.沉水植物恢复区的藻类丰度显著降低.PCoA分析显示不同区域浮游生物的群落分布差异显著(P<0.05).冗余分析结果表明pH、TN、TP、CODMn是影响浮游动植物群落分布的主要环境因子.研究结果明确了上金湖不同恢复区浮游生物及环境因子与沉水植物恢复密度的相关性,可为上金湖后续水生态修复提供数据支撑和决策依据.

In order to understand the effect of environmental factors on the distribution of phytoplankton community in different restoration areas of submerged macrophytes after ecological restoration,the environmental factors and phytoplankton community in four different restoration areas of Shangjinhu Lake were investigated successively.The results showed that the concentrations of TN,NH4+-N,TP,DTP and CODMn in the submerged plant restoration area decreased significantly,and the dissolved oxygen(DO)increased significantly(P<0.05).The phytoplankton in the survey area was dominated by cyanophyta,including pseudanabaena limnetica,microcystis and phormidium,and rotifers were the main zooplankters,among which the trichocerca pusilladegree was the dominant.The algae abundance in submerged plant restoration area decreased significantly.PCoA analysis showed that the community distribution of plankton in different regions was significantly different(P<0.05).The results of redundancy analysis showed that pH,TN,TP and CODMn were the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of zooplankton community.The results indicated the correlation between phytoplankton community and environmental factors in different ecological restoration areas of Shangjinhu Lake,which could provide data support and decision-making basis for the subsequent water ecological restoration of Shangjinhu Lake.
