高职院校内部治理能力现实考察与提升策略
Practical Investigation and Improvement Strategies of Internal Governance Capability in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Improving the internal governance capacity of higher vocational colleges is an important part of governance modernization,and the core concept of governance modernization emphasizes the joint governance of multiple subjects such as teachers,administrative personnel,and students.This study applies grounded theory methods and takes case colleges as the research object.In depth interviews are conducted to collect data,and NVivo14 software is used to organize the data.Qualitative attribution analysis is conducted on the factors that enhance the participation of teachers,administrative personnel,and students in the internal governance capacity of higher vocational colleges.Research has found that insufficient governance motivation,inadequate governance literacy,imperfect institutional management,and an unsatisfactory governance environment are the main problems faced in the process of enhancing internal governance capabilities.Based on this,the study proposes strategies such as respecting the status of the subject,stimulating participation,strengthening training and guidance to enhance governance capabilities,optimizing governance structures and improving institutional systems,shaping cultural character and nurturing new generations.关键词
