突破性创新对企业绩效的影响研究OA
Research on the Impact of Breakthrough Innovation on Enterprise Performance
以 2015-2022 年A股上市的制造业企业为研究对象,基于多维专利评价设计综合指标体系识别突破性创新,采用倾向得分匹配法探索突破性创新相较于一般创新对企业绩效的影响,构建中介效应模型检验企业生产成本和生产效率的作用机制.研究发现,突破性创新通过降低企业生产成本、提高生产效率,对企业绩效产生正向促进效应,在大型企业中,提升效应更为明显.
