Research and Countermeasures on the Phenomenon of"Slow Employment"among Higher Vocational College Graduates
摘要
Abstract
The world is currently facing unprecedented changes,and global economic development is facing uncertainty.Solving the phenomenon of"slow employment"is beneficial for maintaining national economic development and social stability,beneficial for the long-term career development and personal value realization of graduates.It is also an important support for realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.From the perspective of historical development laws,if the phenomenon of"slow employment"is completely improved,we need to form a joint force in building a social employment trend analysis system,a demand-side recruitment platform,a supply-side employment education system,and a personal career cognition system.关键词
