劳动教育赋能新时代高职人才培养路径研究
Research on the Path of Empowering Higher Vocational Talents Cultivation in the New Era through Labor Education
摘要
Abstract
The integration of labor education into the cultivation of vocational talents in the new era has important practical significance.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current problems in the cultivation of vocational talents,such as relatively weak awareness of labor education,insufficient integration of labor education into teaching activities,and the need for improvement in labor education assessment and evaluation,three suggestions and countermeasures are proposed:emphasizing the value-leading role of labor education,strengthening the"unity of knowledge and action"of labor education,and constructing a diversified assessment and evaluation mechanism for labor education.It is expected to help vocational college students form a good sense of labor,shape excellent professional quality,and cultivate more talents with both moral and technical skills to promote the construction of Chinese path to modernization.关键词
