Abstract
Screw compressors are essential equipment for conveying gases in chemical processes.Large units commonly use ZG15Cr13 martensitic material for the cylinder castings,this material is prone to cracks and hole defects,typically requiring welding repairs.Through the development of a reasonable and perfect welding rework process,and post-repair inspections for geometric tolerances and surface defects on the cylinders are conducted.Ultimately,the cylinder body passes the overall hydrostatic test,and the compressor unit operates satisfactorily in trials,meeting the requirements for long-term stable operation.This article provides a reference for similar cylinder repairs through this case study.关键词
