农村职业教育助力乡村工匠培育的困境与路径
Dilemma and Practical Path of Rural Vocational Education to Help the Cultivation of Rural Craftsmen
摘要
Abstract
As an important human resource to promote rural revitalization,rural craftsmen are the internal driving force and important resources for promoting rural revitalization.As an important type of vocational education,rural vocational education has certain adaptability to the inheritance of rural craftsmen's skills,the realization of intrinsic value and the construction of beautiful countryside due to its regional diversity,school-running diversity and specific profitability.At present,the external environment,internal subjects and cultivation objects are still the main factors restricting the cultivation of rural craftsmen.Therefore,we should start from the aspects of actively improving the cultivation mechanism,creating a new cultivation system,and building a new concept of education,so as to jointly promote rural vocational education and help the high-quality cultivation of rural craftsmen.关键词
