摘要

Abstract

Food equipment supervision has the characteristics of wide variety,whole chain,standardization and high risk.Only by optimizing the supervision mode of food equipment can we effectively improve the level of food safety,protect the rights and interests of consumers,and promote the development of food industry.Through the supervision practice of sterilizer supervision in a factory,this paper puts forward optimization strategies such as strengthening the construction of rules and regulations,improving the supervision mechanism,strengthening the means of supervision,strengthening information sharing and strengthening industry self-discipline,so as to provide an important guarantee for the sustainable development of food safety and food industry,and finally achieve the effect of continuously improving and improving the level of food equipment supervision.
