Abstract
In the long-distance product oil industry,the oil pump units are the core equipment,therefore,ensuring the safety and reliability of the production and manufacturing process of the oil pump units are extremely important.This article takes the supervision of oil pump units as an example,combined with the product characteristics of oil pump units,and takes the main content of supervision plan,supervision scope,supervision purpose,and supervision process as the entry point.It briefly describes the key-points supervision practice process of a set of oil pump units,summarizes the problems found in the project supervision process,and focuses on analyzing three problems of them,which has practical reference significance for improving the quality of supervision of similar products.关键词
