芳香疗法联合穴位按摩在缓解非小细胞肺癌患者顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐中的效果分析
Effect of Aromatherapy Combined with Acupoint Massage on Relieving Nausea and Vomiting Caused by Cisplatin-Based Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage in alleviating chemo-therapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV).Methods:In this non-randomized controlled quasi-experimental study,we se-lected patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated by chemotherapy regimen of cisplatin and paclitaxel(TP regimen)in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 by convenience sampling as the research objects.Fifty patients with non-small cell lung cancer who received chemotherapy from January 2022 to June 2022 were treated with standard antiemetic regimen(control group).Another 50 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who received chemotherapy from June 2022 to December 2022 were treated with aromatherapy inhala-tion on the basis of the standard antiemetic regimen(the aromatherapy group).A total of 50 patients who received chemother-apy from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the combination group.They were given aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the standard antiemetic regimen.Then the nausea level,vomiting remission rate,economic cost and nursing time in three groups were compared.Results:The incidence and degree of acute and delayed CINV in the combination group were the lowest among the three groups,but there were no significant differences in the incidence and de-gree of acute nausea(within 24 hours of chemotherapy)among the three groups(x2=5.178,P=0.075;Z=5.874,P=0.053).There were significant differences in the incidence and degree of vomiting among the three groups(P＜0.05).The incidence and degree of nausea and vomiting in the combination group were the lowest on the second and third day,and the differences among the three groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of pairwise comparison showed that the incidences of acute nausea and vomiting in the combination group and the aromatherapy group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidences of delayed nausea and vomiting in the combination group were also significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).However,there were no significant differences between the aro-matherapy group and the combination group(P＞0.05).The quality of life score of the combination group was the highest,followed by the aromatherapy group.The difference in quality of life scores among the three groups was statistically significant(F=8.268,P＜0.001),but there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the combination group and the aromatherapy group(t=1.890,P=0.062).The nursing cost and nursing time in the combination group were higher than those in the aromatherapy group.Conclusion:Aromatherapy can effectively reduce the symptoms of acute CINV,and aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage can not only further reduce the symptoms of acute CINV,but also alleviate the symptoms of delayed CINV and improve the quality of life of patients,but more nursing time and cost are needed.It is sug-gested that aromatherapy combined with acupoint massage can be used as a non-drug method to control CINV symptoms.Clinical medical staff can choose this intervention as an adjuvant therapy while considering time and cost of nursing.关键词
