Abstract
With the wide application of cutting-resistant and high-temperature-resistant materials,the production cost increases,and the demand for nondestructive testing technology also increases.This paper discusses the application of nondestructive testing technology in the inspection of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,analyzes the technology and environmental causes of pressure vessel safety accidents,and introduces the principles,advantages and limitations of various detection technologies,including ultrasonic detection,penetrant detection,magnetic particle detection and phased array detection.Through practical cases,proved the effectiveness and importance of nondestructive testing technology in finding defects and ensuring the safe operation of equipment,to provide reference for readers.关键词
