摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer is the most common malignancy worldwide and the most common cause of death.The early diag-nosis and treatment of lung cancer is essential for improving prognosis and prolonging survival cycle,and it is urgent to screen biomarkers with high sensitivity and specificity in order to find early diagnosis methods and therapeutic targets.Receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE)is a multi-ligand transmembrane signal transduction receptor,belonging to the im-munoglobulin superfamily.Upon binding with its ligands,it activates a series of signaling pathways that are involved in the pathological processes of cancer,inflammation,diabetes,atherosclerosis,and neurodegenerative diseases.This article re-views the research progress of RAGE and lung cancer in order to provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.关键词
