天津红色文化遗产空间价值评估研究
Research on the Value Assessment of Red Cultural Heritage Spaces in Tianjin

Abstract
As an important component of urban history and culture,red cultural heritage spaces play an irreplaceable role in maintaining historical continuity,enhancing national cultural confidence and promoting the construction of the socialist core value system.Investigations are ongoing on red cultural heritage spaces.Protection and utilization of red cultural heritage spaces are facing both challenges and opportunities.In this context,the quantitative value assessment of red cultural heritage spaces could play significant roles in urban development and cultural inheritance and also can provide scientific references for effective protection and rational utilization of red cultural heritage. A case study based on Tianjin City has been carried out in this study.Information of red cultural heritage points of interest(POIs)in Tianjin was collected by using Python codes and API interface of Amap.Based on Overview of Revolutionary Sites in Tianjin and Revolutionary Sites Atlas of Tianjin,a total of 159 red cultural heritage sites having special revolutionary significance were selected.Digital information of these sites including detailed locations,longitudes and latitudes was collected and organized into a basic database.These sites include red history museums,residences of historical figures,sites and relics of historical events and activities,tombstones and monuments as well as martyrs cemeteries. With comprehensive considerations of resource endowment,cultural heritage value,current status and development potential,an evaluation system covering 12 indexes including historical value,red cultural value,artistic value,and spiritual value was established.Weights of different indexes were determined through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).All indexes were evaluated comprehensively through questionnaire surveys,GIS spatial analysis and diversified techniques.The assessment results were interpreted.According to assessment results,there are abundant types of red cultural heritage spaces in Tianjin City,all of which are generally well protected.However,there are some differences in public cognition.No ordered spatial series have been formed in spatial layout.The highly rated red heritage sites in Tianjin are concentrated in central region of Hebei District and northwest region of Hedong District,but they are relatively dispersed in regions out of the central region.These characteristics impact the the overall influence and public engagement of red cultural heritage to some extent. Based on the above analysis,the study planned the red cultural tour routes,and established the tour routes themed"Great Figures","Anti-Japanese War Flames"and"March to Victory",aiming to integrate the rich red tourism resources in Tianjin effectively.Through combination of red cultural landscapes and green natural landscapes,it can further promote inheritance of red culture and development of red cultural tourism industry in Tianjin. To sum up,value assessment of red cultural heritage spaces in Tianjin City provides important references not only to promote sustainable management and development of cultural heritage but also to protect and utilize the red cultural heritage in other cities.Some specific optimization strategies are proposed according to the quantitative assessment method and assessment results.These strategies promote protection,inheritance and reasonable utilization of red cultural heritage spaces in Tianjin City.This study makes some positive contribution to sustainable development and construction of cultural confidence in Tianjin City.关键词
