时空行为视角下老旧小区地理环境健康效应的研究框架探析
Analysis on Research Framework of Health Effect of Geographical Environment in Old Residential Areas from the Perspective of Spatiotemporal Behaviours

Abstract
In recent years,impact of community geographic environment such as geography and urban planning on public health has been a key concern.These studies can provide support to national strategies of Healthy China and Urban Renewal as well as realize the goal that theoretical results serve for policy practices.The domestic and international publication volume,journals,authors,units and research hotspots on the health effects of community's geographic environments were summarized in this study by using Citespace,a scientific knowledge graph visualization software.Major problems in existing studies were pointed out.Three study hotspots have been identified by studies:determinants of health,influencing paths of health and creation of health strategy.Specifically,the health effect of community geographical environment has three major influencing paths,namely,health risks,health behaviors and health resources.Nevertheless,existing studies have following shortcomings.First,old communities have more complicated geographical conditions and more vulnerable population groups.The relationships between geographical environment and key environmental elements involved in renewal of old communities with residents'health still remain unknown.Second,influences of community renewal on public health promote health on the material health through spatial reconstruction.Besides,influences of social and humanistic environment of communities on health of residents also cannot be ignored.Such influences are closely related to social relationship,social norms,safety degree and social organization.Third,occurrence or improvement of health issues stems from the comprehensive effects of multiple pathways and there are interactive,feedback and nonlinear complicated relations in influencing mechanism of health.The conclusions regarding the correlation of single path are opaque and it is imperative to build a framework model integrating multiple influencing paths.Fourth,it may be impossible to fully reflect practical geographic environment of individual experiences and difficult to accurately evaluate geographical environmental exposure level of individual health through static geographic environment alone.As a result,research on health effect of geographical environment could encounter numerous errors.The theory and method of spatiotemporal behaviors provide a unique analysis perspective to comprehend the relationship between urban environment and public health.It is necessary to transform from static neighborhood environment to activity-movement perspective.Finally,a set of research framework to explore influencing mechanism of geographic environment in old communities on public health from the perspective of spatiotemporal behaviors was built according to the order of measurement system-correlation analysis-mechanism exploration-strategy formation.The research framework mainly consists of three parts:1)correlation analysis between spatiotemporal behaviors of residents and geographical environment in the context of urban renewal.2)exploring health influencing mechanism and effect of geographical environment under the perspective of spatiotemporal behaviors.3)formulating old community renewal strategies orienting to public health.Research priorities include identifying multiple action mechanisms of geographical environment on health risks,health behaviors and health resources under the mediating effect of spatiotemporal behaviors.These are beneficial to lay a solid theoretical basis to propose health improvement strategies during community renewal.关键词
