摘要
Abstract
Esophageal cancer,one of the most common tumors in the world,has a high incidence and mortality,which is mostly in the middle and late stages when it is found,so it is still challenging to achieve effective treatment.Currently,neoadjuvant therapy strategies,including chemotherapy,radiotherapy,molec-ular targeting,immunotherapy and their combinations,have been widely recognized in clinical value,but the selection of different regimens is controversial.Based on relevant literature,this paper summarizes the re-search status and progress of neoadjuvant therapy for esophageal cancer,and analyzes its application prospects and existing problems,so as to provide references for further optimization of clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.关键词
