摘要
Abstract
Gastrointestinal and esophageal cancers are the leading cause of cancer morbidity and mortality worldwide.Accurate diagnosis of gastrointestinal esophageal cancer is crucial for precise treatment and prolongation of life cycle of patients.Compared with conventional CT,spectral CT can improve the rate of detection of lesions,quantitatively detect and image lesions of cancers and surrounding tissues before surgery.It has some significance in the qualitative diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,accurate preoperative staging,and determination of the degree of histological differentiation of lesions,which contributes to the choice of clinical treatment strategies,improved patient prognosis,and increased survival.This article reviews the research on energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal and esophageal cancer.关键词
