摘要
Abstract
Acute esophageal necrosis(AEN)mainly affects the middle and lower segments of the esoph-agus,and patients often present with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,characterized by blackening of the distal esophageal mucosa,hence the name"black esophagus".AEN is closely related to many common diseases,such as malignant tumor,diabetes,hypertension and cardiovascular disease.It is a common fatal complication of many severe patients,and the related mortality rate is up to 30％.This article provides a review of the new advances in epidemiology,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment,as well as forensic autopsy and cause of death analysis of AEN,for reference in clinical diagnosis and forensic identification.关键词
