Abstract
Objective To study the expression of NR4A1 and its clinical significance and effects on the proliferation in EC.Methods The expression level of NR4A1,its correlation of clinical features,prognostic effects and immune cell infiltration in EC were analyzed based on online database analysis,and the impact of NR4A1 on the proliferation of EC cells was explored by CCK-8 and clonal formation experiments.Results NR4A1 was highly expressed in EC and was significantly correlated with patho-logical classification,clinical stage,tumor grade,lymph node metastasis and short OS(P＜0.05),im-munoinfiltration analysis suggested that NR4A1 expression was correlated with the enrichment of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,B cells,macrophages and natural killer cells(P＜0.05),and inhibiting the expres-sion of NR4A1 could significantly inhibit the proliferation of EC cells(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expres-sion of NR4A1 is increased in EC and the prognosis of patients with high expression is poor.In addition,in-hibition of NR4A1 expression can prevent the proliferation of EC cells.关键词
