从"五脏痹"理论探析抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性血管炎的病机及治疗
Pathogenesis and Treatment of Anti-neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody-associated Vasculitis from the Theory of Five Zang-organ Impediments
摘要
Abstract
Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)-associated vasculitis is rare in clinical practice,with the symptoms var-ying with different disease sites.This disease involves the lung,the kidney,and the digestive,cardiovascular and other systems,with the manifestations similar to the syndrome of five zang-organ impediments in TCM.Based on the correlations between the multi-or-gan involvement of ANCA-associated vasculitis and the syndromes of five zang-organ impediments,this paper expounds the treat-ment of ANCA-associated vasculitis according to the different clinical manifestations of lung impediment,kidney impediment,spleen impediment,liver impediment,and heart impediment.This treatment principle reflects the theoretical characteristic of TCM focusing on the five zang-organs and provides new ideas for the syndrome differentiation and treatment in the management of ANCA-associat-ed vasculitis.关键词
