Mechanism of Acupuncture Regulating HIF-1α Signaling Pathway to Ameliorate Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Abstract
Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is one of the common nervous system diseases with a high disability rate and high mor-tality,which has aggravated the economic burden of health worldwide.Hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF-1α)is a key factor in re-sponse to hypoxia,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Acupuncture has demonstrated significant advantages in the treatment of this disease.Acupuncture may regulate the HIF-1α signaling pathway to exert the therapeutic effect,which may be the main mechanism.Studies have shown that the regulatory effect of acupuncture on HIF-1α may be related to not only the type of injury but also the time effect of HIF-1α expression and the timing of acupuncture in-tervention.关键词
