发酵五味子药渣对山西黑猪生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of fermented Schisandra dregs on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and immune function of Shanxi black pigs
试验旨在研究发酵五味子药渣对山西黑猪生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响.选用60头28日龄山西黑猪断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头断奶仔猪.各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、0.1%(试验Ⅰ组)、0.2%(试验Ⅱ组)和0.3%(试验Ⅲ组)的发酵五味子药渣.预试期7d,正式试验期21d.结果显示:与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组仔猪的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),各试验组仔猪的腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组仔猪血清中的白蛋白、总蛋白和血糖含量显著升高(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组血清中球蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组血清中免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M和白细胞介素-2含量显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组免疫球蛋白A含量显著升高(P<0.05).研究表明,发酵五味子药渣能够有效改善山西黑猪仔猪的生长性能,降低腹泻率,改善血清生化指标,增强免疫力,以0.3%添加量效果最好.
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of fermented Schisandra dregs on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and immune function of Shanxi black pigs.Sixty 28-day-old Shanxi black weaned piglets were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and five weaned piglets in each replicate.In each group,0(control group),0.1%(experimental group Ⅰ),0.2%(experimental group Ⅱ),and 0.3%(experimental group Ⅲ)fermented Schisandra dregs were added to the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 21 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of weaned piglets in experimental group Ⅱ and experimental group Ⅲ increased significantly(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate of weaned piglets in all experimental groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contentrations of serum albumin,total protein and blood glucose in all experimental groups increased significantly(P<0.05),while the activity of aspartate-oxaloacetic aminotransferase decreased significantly(P<0.05).The serum globulin content in the experimental group Ⅱ and experimental group Ⅲ increased significantly(P<0.05),while the serum urea nitrogen content decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of IgG,IgM,and IL-2 in all experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum levels of IgA in the experimental group Ⅱ and experimental group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results show that fermented Schisandra dregs can effectively improve the growth performance,reduce diarrhea rate,improve serum biochemical indexes and enhance immune function of weaned piglets,and the best results are achieved with a 0.3%addition rate.
