Abstract
Combined with the manufacture of miter gate end-pillar structure of second line shiplock of Wan'an junction,Jiangxi province,this paper introduces the modular manufacturing technology and method of miter gate end-pillar structure from the aspects of creating three-dimensional model and module division,design and application of special group assembling equipment,module welding,participating in the assembling method of miter gate,etc.,this paper solves many construction problems in angle and dimension control and welding of miter gate end-pillar structure,and improves a new idea and method for manufacture of miter gate and other similar complex structures,which has value and significance for reference.This technology has been granted 1 invention patent and 1 provincial-level construction method.关键词
