Correlation between TNF-α And IL-6 Contents in Synovium of Joint And BME Degree And Degenerative KOA under Cartilage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and inter-leukin-6(IL-6)in synovium of joint and the degree of subchondral bone marrow edema(BME)and degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint(KOA).Methods:From April 2022 to March 2023,30 inpatients with KOA with BME degeneration were selected as the experimental group.10 patients with non-degenerative KOA with BME who were hospitalized in the same period were selected as the control group.TNF-α and IL-6 in synovium of joints were detected in both groups, and the effects of TNF-α and IL-6 content on the formation and development of de-generative KOA,BME degree and knee joint function were analyzed. Results:At the time of admission, the score of American Knee Joint Association(AKS)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the area of interest(ROIA)was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The con-tents of TNF-α and IL-6 in synovial tissue in experimental group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the AKS score at ad-mission was negatively correlated with the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 during operation(P<0.05).The ROIA value of BME was positively correlated with the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 during operation(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:For patients with degenerative KOA,the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in synovium of joint are related to the degree of BME and the function of knee joint.关键词
