叶黄素衍生物替代叶黄素对肉鸡着色、组织色素含量、抗氧化、肝功能的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of lutein derivatives substituted for lutein on coloring,tissue pigment content,antioxidation,and liver function of broilers
试验研究饲粮添加叶黄素和叶黄素衍生物对黄羽肉鸡皮肤着色、组织色素含量及抗氧化能力的调控作用.将432只37日龄的三黄肉鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡.对照组饲喂小麦-豆粕型基础饲粮,各试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加叶黄素40 mg/kg(叶黄素组)、24 mg/kg叶黄素与16 mg/kg叶黄素衍生物(叶黄素+叶黄素衍生物组)、40 mg/kg叶黄素衍生物(叶黄素衍生物组).试验期28 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡的喙、鸡胫和翅下皮肤的黄度值显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高(P>0.05);各试验组肉鸡血清胆固醇(TC)含量显著升高(P<0.05);肉鸡翅下皮肤G蛋白偶联受体143(GPR143)基因表达量显著下降(P<0.05).研究表明,叶黄素和叶黄素衍生物可以改善肉鸡皮肤的色度值,提高机体的抗氧化能力,对肉鸡肝脏无不良影响,叶黄素衍生物(16 mg/kg)部分替代叶黄素不影响叶黄素的着色效果和抗氧化效果.
To study the effects of dietary lutein and lutein derivatives on the skin color,tissue pigment content,and antioxidant capacity of yellow-feathered broilers,four hundred and thirty-two 37-day-old Sanhuang broilers were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and 18 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with wheat-soybean meal basal diet,and each experimental group was fed with lutein 40 mg/kg(lutein group),lutein 24 mg/kg and lutein derivative 16 mg/kg(lutein+lutein derivative group),lutein derivative 40 mg/kg(lutein derivative group).The trial period was 28 days.The results showed that the yellowness values of beak,shin,and underwing skin of broilers in each experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of broilers in each experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the liver was increased(P>0.05).Serum cholesterol(TC)content of broilers in each experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05).The expression of GPR143 gene in subwing skin of broilers decreased significantly(P<0.05).The results show that lutein and lutein derivatives can improve the chromaticity of broiler skin and the antioxidant capacity of broiler body,and have no adverse effect on broiler liver.The partial replacement of lutein derivatives(16 mg/kg)cannot affect the coloring effect and antioxidant effect of lutein.
