Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation nurs-ing on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Tianhui Community Health Service Center in jinniu district,Chengdu from January to December,2023 were randomly divid-ed into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only given acu-puncture physiotherapy,while the observation group was given acupuncture physiotherapy combined with rehabili-tation nursing.The therapeutic effect、lumbar function、limb function and pain degree of the two groups were com-pared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.After treatment,the flexion range of lumbar spine in the two groups increased,and the scores of VAS and ODI decreased,and the improvement in the observation group was even greater,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Ac-upuncture and physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation nursing is better for patients with lumbar disc hernia-tion,which can effectively improve the lumbar function and limb function of patients and reduce the degree of lum-bar pain.关键词
