Research on Rural Human Resources Development under Rural Revitalization Strategy
摘要
Abstract
Talent revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization,and it is also one of the main driving forces to promote rural agricultural modernization.The Party and the government continue to increase the development of rural human resources,aiming to alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of rural talents,promote the modernization capacity of agriculture and rural areas,and serve the overall situation of rural revitalization and modernization.However,the structure of rural human resources is unbalance,and the training and education mechanism is not perfect enough.It is necessary to develop rural human resources from the aspects of optimizing the structure of rural human resources,vigorously promoting the education and training of rural labor force,optimizing the development mode of rural human resources and promoting the international exchange of agricultural talents development.And provide adequate guarantee for the development of rural human resources.关键词
