Effects of organic selenium on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and antioxidant capacity of broilers
试验旨在研究有机硒对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及抗氧化性能的影响.选取1日龄罗斯308肉鸡360只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡.Na2SeO3组、Se-Met组和Nano-Se组分别以0.4 mg/kg硒水平添加亚硒酸钠、硒代蛋氨酸和纳米硒.试验期42d.结果显示,1~21日龄,Se-Met组料重比显著低于Na2SeO3组(P<0.05).Nano-Se组和Se-Met组的腹脂率显著低于Na2SeO3组(P<0.05).与N…查看全部>>
