Abstract
Objective:To Objective To study the effect of specialized nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal persistent pulmonary hypertension(PPHN)by high frequency oscillatory ventilation(HFOV).Methods:From March 2019 to March 2024,100 children with PPHN treated in neonatal intensive care unit of Zhongda Hospital af-filiated to Southeast University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with routine nursing,while the experimen-tal group was treated with high—frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with specialized nursing intervention.The total hospitalization duration,mechanical ventilation duration,complications and prognosis of the two groups were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the length of neonatal hospitalization and mechanical ven-tilation in the experimental group was significantly shortened,the incidence of complications was significantly re-duced,and the prognosis evaluation result was better,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Specialized nursing intervention in the treatment of PPHN by HFOV is helpful for children to recover quickly,reduce complications and improve progno-sis.关键词
