芳香音乐疗法联合MRI检查前声音场景模拟在幽闭恐惧综合症患者检查中的应用
Application ofAromatic Music Therapy Combined with Sound Scene Simulation before MRI Examination in Patients with Claustrophobia Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of aromatherapy combined with sound scene simulation before MRI examination in patients with claustrophobia syndrome.Methods:80 patients with claustrophobic syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March to December,2023 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group took psychological nursing combined with aromatic music therapy,and the observation group used the simulated intervention of sound scene before MRI exami-nation on the basis of the control group.The degree of fear and vital signs were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before nursing,the scores of fear in both groups decreased in different degrees after nursing,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Compared with before nursing,after nursing,the four vital signs of the two groups all decreased in different degrees,and the four signs of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Aromatic music therapy combined with sound scene simulation before MRI examination can reduce the degree of fear of claustrophobia patients during exami-nation and stabilize their vital signs.关键词
