Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lumbar fractures.Methods:80 patients with suspected lumbar fractures were examined by MRI and multi-slice spiral CT.Taking the surgical and pathological results as the diagnostic gold standard,the effect and diagnostic efficiency of single and combined diagnosis of lumbar fractures were compared.Results:69 ca-ses of lumbar fractures were confirmed by surgery and pathology,including 24 cases of comminuted fractures,34 ca-ses of compressive fractures and 11 cases of fracture dislocation.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI combined with CT were 97.10％、63.64％and 92.50％,respectively.The sensitivity of MRI combined with CT was higher than that of MRI alone and CT alone,P＜0.05.The accuracy of combined examination was higher than that of single CT examination,P＜0.05.Conclusion:MRI combined with multi-slice spiral CT can improve the diagnostic efficiency of lumbar fracture.关键词
