针刺四关穴缓解无痛胃镜诊疗术中并发呃逆疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of acupuncture at Siguan points in mitigating hiccups in painless gastroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture at Siguan points in mitigating hiccups in painless gastroscopy based on the theory of"Qi counterflow affecting the diaphragm".Method One hundred patients undergoing painless gastroscopy complicated with hiccups were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at bilateral Hegu(LI4)and Taichong(LR3).The control group received no interventions.The hiccup lasting time,gastroscopic treatment duration,awakening time from anesthesia,and hemodynamic parameters at each time point[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)and oxygen saturation(SPO2)]were recorded.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were 50.0%and 82.0%,respectively,in the treatment group,notably higher than 14.0%and 48.0%in the control group,and the between-group differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hiccup lasting time and gastroscopic treatment duration were markedly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The level of SPO2 dropped significantly when hiccups occurred in both groups compared with the basic value(P＜0.05).The level of SPO2 5 min and 10 min after acupuncture was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and the between-group differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Siguan points can produce valid efficacy in treating hiccups in painless gastroscopy,effectively shortening the hiccup lasting time and gastroscopic treatment duration.关键词
