Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of high-quality nursing on the sleep quality of patients with hepatitis.Methods:Sixty patients with hepatitis admitted to Zhangye People's Hospital affiliated to Hexi College from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing.Sleep quality,sleep process,emotional state and nursing evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of PSQI in both groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.After nursing,the scores of SL and AT in both groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,P＜0.05.The scores of five nursing evaluations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:High-quality nursing plays a significant role in improving the sleep quality of patients with hepatitis,and can stabilize patients'emotional state and improve nursing evaluation.关键词
