Abstract
Objective:To Objective To explore the application value of health education combined with psychological nursing in elderly patients with enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)of upper abdomen.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2024,160 elderly patients with enhanced MRI scan of upper abdomen were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given health education combined with psychological nursing.The emotional state,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction,inspection compliance and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of anxiety,depression,interpersonal sensitivity and fear were compared between the two groups before intervention,P＞0.05.The above scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,P＜0.05.The scores of five indexes of nursing quality before intervention between the two groups were compared,P＞0.05;The five scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after intervention,P＜0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(97.50％)was higher than that of the control group(87.50％),P＜0.05.The compliance of the experimental group(96.25％)was higher than that of the control group(87.50％),P＜0.05.The incidence of nursing adverse events in the experimental group(3.75％)was lower than that in the control group(13.75％),P＜0.05.Conclusion:Health educa-tion combined with psychological nursing has significant nursing effect in elderly patients with enhanced MRI scanning of upper abdomen,which can improve patients'emotional state,provide nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and inspection compliance,and reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.关键词
