Abstract
Objective:To analyze the difficulties and improvement effects of recycling and cleaning of foreign medical devices before and after use in primary hospitals.Methods:The period from November 2018 to May 2019 and from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control stage and the observation stage,and 1500 foreign medical devices were randomly selected as the research objects in each stage,which were respectively set as the control group and the observation group.In the control stage,the conventional management scheme of foreign medical de-vices was adopted,and in the observation stage,the application scheme of foreign medical devices was optimized.Contrast and analyze the management effects of the two stages.Results:The recycling and cleaning rate of foreign instruments in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,P＜0.05.The recovery and cleaning management index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05.The inci-dence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:To understand the difficulties of recycling and cleaning before and after the use of foreign medical devices in primary hospitals,and to improve the measures will help to improve the recycling and cleaning rate and reduce the risk of ad-verse events.关键词
