Research on the Collaboration Mechanism of Rural Elderly Services under the Background of Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
The aging of China's rural population has intensified,the demand for rural elderly care has expanded rapidly,and the structural changes in rural society have made the original governance methods gradually ineffective.With the help of collaborative governance theory,this paper analyses the causes of governance failure in China's rural pension services from the aspects of collaborative thinking,collaborative motivation,collaborative process and collaborative consequences,and proposes to solve the problem of management efficiency loss by constructing a collaborative motivation mechanism,perfecting a pluralistic decision-making mechanism,formulating a multi-dimensional incentive mechanism,and establishing a variety of supervisory mechanisms.关键词
