摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in operating room in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:90 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from May 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received rou-tine nursing intervention,while the research group received comprehensive nursing in operating room.Nursing sat-isfaction、complication rate、postoperative recovery time、pain degree and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than that of the control group 82.22%,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.22%,which was lower than that in the control group 15.56%,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time,out-of-bed activity time,anal exhaust time and defecation time in the study group were shorter,P<0.05.Before nurs-ing,the scores of VAS、SAS and SDS in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;The scores of V AS、SAS and SDS in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in operating room to patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can significantly im-prove their nursing satisfaction,reduce complications,shorten postoperative recovery time,and relieve pain and bad psychological state.
