摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of chicken meal on the growth performance,body composition,immune indexes,and intestinal digestive enzymes of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.A total of 1 440 healthy test shrimp with an initial weight of(1.10±0.03)g were randomly divided into five groups,with six replicates in each group,and 48 shrimp in each replicate.A basic diet with 30%fish meal was used as the control group(Group C).Fish meal was replaced by 25%(Group P25),50%(Group P50),75%(Group P75)and 100%(Group P100)chicken meal in experimental groups,respectively.The trial lasted for eight weeks.The results showed that the weight gain and specific growth rate of Group P100 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and amylase in the hepatopancreas of Group P100 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that completely replacing fish meal with chicken meal would affect the growth performance and digestive capacity of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.Replacement levels of 25%to 75%do not produce negative effects.Considering growth performance,immune indexes,and intestinal digestive enzymes,the highest proportion of chicken meal replacing fish meal is up to 75%.
