目的 探讨苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合阿芬太尼在宫腔镜检查中的麻醉效果及对舒适度与安全性的影响.方法 选择2021年4月至2023年3月在医院行宫腔镜检查患者94例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各47例.对照组采用丙泊酚联合阿芬太尼麻醉,观察组采用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合阿芬太尼麻醉.比较两组血液流变学指标、麻醉改良ALDRETE评分表、苏醒质量、疼痛、舒适度及安全性.结果 两组T1、T4时血液流变学指标比较,P＞0.05;两组T2、T3时均伴有不同程度血液流变学指…查看全部>>
