Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of total quality control management in nursing management quality and hospital infection prevention in disinfection supply room.Methods:From April 2022 to April 2023,260 pieces of medical instruments were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 130 pieces in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given full quality control management.The man-agement quality,hospital infection rate,equipment management error rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of instrument sterilization,instrument cleaning and instrument distribution in the obser-vation group were all higher,P＜i0.05.The incidence of nosocomial infection of medical devices in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P＜i0.05.Compared with the control group,the error rate of medical device management in the observation group was lower,P＜0.05.Compared with the control group,the satisfaction degree of nursing management in the observation group was higher,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The application of total quality control management in the nursing management of disinfection supply room is effective,which can optimize the quality of medical device management,reduce the errors of device management,reduce the incidence of hospital infection and improve the sat-isfaction of nursing management.关键词
