皮肤针治疗肝肾不足型雄激素性脱发的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of cutaneous acupuncture for androgenic alopecia of liver and kidney deficiency pattern

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cutaneous acupuncture for androgenic alopecia of liver and kidney deficiency pattern.Method Six-four patients with androgenic alopecia of liver and kidney deficiency pattern were randomized to a control group and a treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group received local cutaneous acupuncture and the control group received conventional acupuncture.The clinical symptom and the TCM syndrome scores were recorded and scalp temperature was measured in the two groups before treatment,after four-week treatment and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result After four-week treatment and after treatment,the clinical symptom scores decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical symptom score between the two groups(P＞0.05).The difference value of pre-and post-treatment clinical symptom scores was larger in the treatment group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P＞0.05).Scalp temperature increased more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group(P＜0.05)and it increased in the two groups during the same period of time after treatment compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05).The difference values of scalp temperatures at twelfth and twenty-fourth treatments compared with those before treatment were larger in the treatment group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total efficacy rate was 28.1%in the treatment group and 21.9%in the control group after four-week treatment,and 78.1%in the treatment group and 68.8%in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the groups during the same period of time(P＞0.05).The total efficacy rates were higher in the two groups after treatment than those after four-week treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cutaneous acupuncture is equal to conventional acupuncture in the clinical efficacy for androgenic alopecia of liver and kidney deficiency pattern.It is better in relieving the clinical symptoms and increasing scalp temperature.It may relieve the clinical symptoms by improving scalp microcirculation.关键词
