Abstract
Objective:To Objective to explore the clinical effect of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction on insomnia with liver depression.Methods:90 patients with insomnia due to liver depression admitted to our hospital from Janu-ary 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=45,treated with western medicine)and ob-servation group(n=45,treated with Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The total curative rate of the observation group was 95.56％,which was higher than that of the control group 80.00％,P＜0.05.After treatment,the scores of dif-ficulty in falling asleep,dreaminess and mental fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.After treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction is effective in treating insomnia with liver depres-sion,and has obvious effect on improving insomnia symptoms.关键词
