摘要

Abstract

As an important cascade hydropower station in the high-altitude area of the Jinsha River upstream,the Batang Hydropower Station is faced with difficulties in transporting large equipment and limited processing technology during the assembly process of various components.In response,the large Francis turbine runners are produced in the processing plant near the Batang Hydropower Station powerhouse for the first time in the area of high cold and large temperature differences in China,and achieved zero-counterweight for the static bal-ance test of two unit runners.This article provides a detailed introduction to the assembly welding,processing,heat treatment,static balance test,etc.,and the quality control of various process flows of the large Francis tur-bine runner,which can provide references for the subsequent field producing the runners in hydropower plants in the area of high cold and large temperature difference.
