特高压输电线路全过程机械化施工方案及费用分析
Analysis of Mechanized Construction Plan and Cost for the Whole Process of UHV Transmission Lines

Abstract
Currently,overall process mechanized construction is often implemented for UHV transmission lines,but there has been few studies that on its design scheme and cost analysis.Taking Baihetan-Zhejiang UHV DC transmission line project as an example,the special research was conducted from four aspects:material and equipment transportation,foundation selection and construction,tower construction scheme,and environmental and water resources protection scheme.And then the recommended scheme and improvement suggestions were summarized,which are applicable to the overall process mechanized construction of UHV under different environmental conditions.The the influence of the labor cost and the length of the temporary road on the project cost of mechanized construction was discussed in detail by using the quota regulations.The calculation results show that mechanized construction in mountainous areas can reduce the cost of digging hole foundation by about 74 000 yuan per base,which is remarkable for the economic effect of the project of widely using digging hole foundation;at the same time,for the hilly and mountainous areas,the cost of the mechanical scheme and manual scheme is roughly the same when the length of temporary new construction road construction is 320 m and 500 m,respectively,and the cost of the mechanical scheme and manual scheme is roughly the same.Through comprehensively comparing the length of the road construction,the construction approach can been selected.关键词
