托幼儿童眼部屈光体检结果及解决措施分析
Analysis of eye refractive examination results and problem-solving measures for preschool children

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the results of eye refractive examination in preschool children and propose corre-sponding solutions.Methods:A total of 304 kindergarteners in Yu Garden Street,Huangpu District,Shanghai from 2021 to 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All children underwent eye examination and the results of refrac-tive examination were analyzed.Results:The number of people undergoing eye refractive examination was 77 in 2021,126 in 2022,and 101 in 2023.The number of people with decreased naked eye vision in both eyes from 2021 to 2023 was 147(48.35%),of which 68(46.25%)had decreased naked eye vision in 2021,46 people(31.29%)expe-rienced a decline in naked eye vision in 2022;In 2023,33 people(22.45%)experienced a decrease in naked eye vi-sion.Among them,74 people(50.34%)had a decrease in naked eye vision and combined with refractive errors.A-mong them,31 people(45.59%)had refractive errors in 2021;27 people(58.69%)with refractive errors in 2022;In 2023,the number of people with refractive errors was 16(48.48%):there may be abnormalities in visual func-tion:the total number of people with decreased naked eye vision and possible abnormalities in visual function was 62(42.17%),of which 29(42.64%)may have abnormalities in visual function in 2021;16 people(34.78%)may have abnormal visual function in 2022;17 people(51.51%)may have abnormal visual function in 2023.Conclusion:In re-cent years,a large number of children in Yu Garden street kindergartens in Huangpu District of Shanghai have lost their naked vision,and the rate of ametropia is relatively high.It is necessary to take timely treatment measures to improve children's vision and correct ametropia.关键词
