Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on limb function and living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2023,98 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to xinghua city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early rehabilitation intervention.The limb function、living ability、walking ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:At t1,the scores of upper limb FMA、lower limb FMA、MBI and FAC in both groups were higher than that in t0,and the four scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Early rehabilitation intervention can im-prove limb function,walking ability,life ability and nursing satisfaction of stroke patients with hemiplegia.关键词
