尿液检验中尿沉渣检验与尿常规检验的应用价值

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application advantages and value of urine sediment test and urine routine test in urine test.Methods:60 cases of urine test patients admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province were taken as research samples,and the screening time was from May 1,2022 to June 30.60 patients were given urine sediment test(urine sediment group)and urine routine test(urine routine test group),and the test time、white blood cells、red blood cells、proteinuria detection and positive detection rate were observed.Results:Compared with the routine u-rine group,the sampling time,specimen retention time and result acquisition time of urine sediment group were,P＞0.05.The positive detection rate of leukocytes in urine sediment group was higher than that in urine routine group,but compared with them,P＞0.05.The positive detection rate of red blood cells in urine sediment group was higher than that in control group,but compared with them,P＞0.05.The positive detection rate of urinary protein in urinary sediment group was higher than that in control group,but the difference between them was,P＞0.05.Conclusion:Urine sediment test and urine routine test can effectively detect various indicators,and each has its own advantages.Clinically,it can be selected accord-ing to the actual situation to improve the accuracy of urine test and provide technical support for the diagnosis of related dis-eases.关键词
