Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From December 2022 to December 2023,90 patients with cholecystolithiasis who under-went laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the general surgery department of Anhui Armed Police Corps Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain,sleep quality and gastrointestinal function of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,P＜0.05.The PSQI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 1 st、3rd and 5th day after operation,P＜0.05.The indexes of gastrointestinal function in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing has a good application effect in improving postoperative pain,sleep quality and gastrointestinal function of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and it is worth popularizing.关键词
