摘要

Abstract

TiO2 thin film is the basis for the preparation of ZnO seed layer and the growth of ZnO nanorod arrays,when the ZnO nanorod arrays is prepared for perovskite solar cells via hydrothermal method.Therefore,the compactness and smoothness of TiO2 thin film have an important influence on the growth of ZnO nanorod arrays and the photovoltaic performance of the corresponding solar cells.In this paper,Nb doped TiO2 compact layers has been prepared onto FTO conductive substrates by hydrolysis-pyrolysis method using NbCl5 as niobium source,effectively improving the compactness of TiO2 thin films.ZnO nanorod arrays with different lengths,diameters and areal densities are successfully deposited by hydrothermal method.CH3NH3PbI3-xBrx perovskite films with a molar ratio of CH3 NH3I/CH3 NH3 Br=85/15 are prepared onto the ZnO nanorod arrays by two-step continuous deposition method.ZnO nanorod array perovskite solar cells based on Nb doped TiO2 compact layer are assembled using spiro-OMeTAD as hole transporting layer,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 13.97%in air with relative humidity of 55%.
