摘要

Abstract

To standardize the welding operation of the main beam of trucks,a design study on the welding repair process of the main beam was carried out using a mining dump truck as an example.Taking a dump truck used for transportation operations in a large-scale mining project in a certain area as an example,an application experiment was designed to evaluate the reliability of the welding repair technology for the main beam.The experimental results showed that the proposed welding repair technology had good practical application effects.Welding the main beam according to the specifications can optimize the wear resistance of the main beam structure while improving the hardness of the main beam structure.Comprehensive experiments have shown that the designed method has high reliability.
