病人参与量表的汉化及信效度检验OA北大核心CSTPCD
Chinese version of Patient Participation Scale and its reliability and validity test
目的:翻译病人参与量表(Patient Participation Scale,PPS),并检验其信效度.方法:遵循Brislin翻译模式对PPS进行直译、回译以及文化调适、预调查,形成中文版PPS.选取2023年3月—4月在天津市某三级甲等医院门诊就诊或住院病人进行调查,检验其信效度.结果:中文版PPS包括4个维度,共21个条目.量表总体Cronbach's α系数为0.851,总体重测信度为0.731,总体折半信度为0.690.条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.857～1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.904.探索性因子分析共提取出4个因子,累计方差贡献率为67.788%.结论:中文版PPS信效度良好,可以用于评估病人参与程度.
Objective:To translate the Patient Participation Scale(PPS)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The scale was translated according to the Brislin translation model,and the Chinese version of PPS was developed through translated,back translation,expert consultation and pre-investigated.A survey was conducted among the outpatient patients or inpatients in a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin from March to April 2023,and test the reliability and validity of the scale,Results:The Chinese version of PPS included 4 dimensions and 21 items.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.851,the retest reliability was 0.731,and the half reliability was 0.690.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.The scale-content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.904.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 67.788%.Conclusion:The Chinese version of PPS has good reliability and validity,and it can be used to evaluate the degree of patient participation.
